I went looking for paperclay. The last lot I bought from Lesley at Little Bits. She didn't have any, but had some airdry clay that a rep had given her, so she gave it to me to try. (Thanks!!). It was nice to work with, and came out of the molds easier, but dried rather more brittle than paperclay. I eventually found what I was after at Melbourne artist supplies......
As the last pack had gone off unopenedd, I thought I would make both packs up in their entireity. The paperclay is white, and the airdry clay is the grey...
TOOK ME AGES!!!!

Keep going! You can have your own stand at Paperific LOL. I can help you out with a name too - Mouldy Gretz....no wait. Let me think on it a little LOL.
I dunno if there are any arty types living in Perth. Lucky you being in the EASTERN STATES where it appears to be much easier to find what you are looking for. As a fan of digital art, I am now being exposed to the beautiful craftwork of my blog friends and would love to have a go at the real thing but it is difficult to find suitable outlets here in the west.
I love your collection of tiny clay objects.
Thanks for your kind comment on my blog!
