Have just finished this book for JVO - thank you to Sarah for embossing the chipboard for the covers and thank you to the arty_oz girls for the wonderful contents using JVO's new papers. The photos aren't too great but it is 8PM...

Happy Birthday Jen!

I went to Ballarat for the weekend to surprise my friend Jen for her birthday. I had some help from the very talented Sarah - she gave me a bed for a couple of nights, and fed me and entertained me and ran me around the junk shops. We rocked up to Jen's on Saturday afternoon, complete with cards, pressies and of course CAKE!!!!!

A Wonderful Treasure Trove

Sarah took me to Gail's Patchwork Emporium. I hadn't been there for a few years and it was still fantastic! The trims, the ribbons, the fabric, the buttons and glass beads. Little nooks and crannies hiding treasures. I was SOOOO restrained! And yes the mug came from there too ;-)

Junk Glorious Junk

Now what would a weekend away be without a visit to some junk shops with my Friends.... hmmnnn good finds. A girl can never have TOO many Dictionaries!
